Booking and payment
A booking is binding once the full amount has been paid via Stripe and you have received a confirmation by e-mail. Prices are in Danish kroner and include bed linen, towels and consumption of electricity, water and heating. Final cleaning is mandatory and is added to the price at booking.

Cancellation
If you cancel no later than 5 days before arrival, the full amount is refunded. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing to booking@feriehusassens.dk.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Key/code details are sent by e-mail before arrival.

The stay
The house may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed. The guest is liable for any damage to the house and its contents during the stay.

Personal data
We store your name, contact details and stay dates for as long as necessary to complete the stay and comply with Danish bookkeeping law. Payment details are handled solely by Stripe. You can request access or deletion at any time at booking@feriehusassens.dk.
